I didn’t even watch it. I had better things to do.
I will, however, be voting for Donald Trump because considering the alternative is a nightmare. Imagine President Hillary Rodham Clinton. No, thank you.
Sure, Trump is shallow and vain. He’s not a genius. He’s not even a policy wonk.
But I like that. That’s what we need. Fewer professional, careerist politicians and more citizen legislators.
And if we have buyer’s remorse then we can jettison him in four years, or even earlier if need be via impeachment.

Hi Aaron,
I’ve been enjoying your posts for years.
My view is that we should elect Trump and Pence, and then when Trump has badly screwed up several times then impeach him and elevate Pence. It may take a month or two to get there.
