Cornflower Blue! What about Prussian blue? More readin’ to do.

Fascinating to learn about pigments and colors and fashion.

“…the Berlin Blue pigment (also known as Cornflower Blue) first created in Berlin in the early 18th Century which was worn by the Prussian Army up until the First World War.”

So Berlin blue, Berliner Blau in German, is another term for Prussian blue. Perhaps the Cornflower blue notation is a mistake? (Yep.)
