I had not experienced any episodes of #tinnitus in a long stretch of time, until a day or two ago. Now, it comes and goes intermittently. The noise in my ears is a high, steady screaming siren. Thankfully, each occurrence is brief. It does not last long. Or I'd be going insane.

I am tweeting away about my life, when someone responds with this:

The manner in which this is phrased makes me think this is from a fake account, someone foreign, such as a fraudster in China.

She claims to be from Wisconsin. She is using @dominoisdead as her handle on Twitter.

I am not keen on taking unsolicited medical advice from strangers with strong opinions on odd Eastern medicinal folklore. I prefer reality. I prefer science.

Herbs in my garden?

Sadly, I don't have a garden. I wish I did. I do love gardening, like my grandmother.
