The Super Bowl in 4K for the first time?

NOPE, DESPITE WHAT THE FOLKS AT FOX SPORTS SAY

Fox Sports announced that it will stream Super Bowl LIV in 4K resolution. However, it will not be true 4K, but an upscaled image from the 1080p HD signal.

This is called interpolation. Computers work to complete the image in 4K using algorithms. When doing this on a scanner, results are usually bad.

The feed will be available on the Fox Sports channel, Roku, Apple TV, and Amazon Fire TV. Apparently Fox Sports has been using this technique for Thursday Night Football games. Shooting sports in 1080p is preferable to 4K because it cuts down on motion blur during quick pans and camera movements, a Fox Sports spokesperson explained.
