No wonder America is in trouble. It is so strange to me that people are this out of touch with reality. Some city dwellers go to places such as Tahoe and are surprised by nature. Yes, there is something called wildlife.

It is sad that some are so sheltered and ignorant. Too many clueless people in California. This is what our public schools are churning out.

Twenty-three murders from the 1992 riots in Los Angeles remain unsolved

SIXTY-THREE VICTIMS IN TOTAL

That’s how many were killed during the rioting. Sixty-three people murdered. Shameful. What is even more shameful is that 23 of those homicide cases remain open, the killers unknown and justice denied.

AN artist operates a makeshift thrift shop and art gallery in Oakland, but does not charge, instead giving stuff away for free. I don’t have much faith in the utopian idealism, but the underlying goals of building relationships and community are terrific. We need more of it, here in America.
