Tim Kaine gives us the Nazi ‘Sieg Heil!’ & Hillary laughs! (P.S. Bernie’s a Jew.)

PSST. Bernie Sanders is a Jew and an atheist.

They really are showing their colors, aren’t they? Hey, it’s fair game ain’t it? Going after Laura Ingraham with the same craziness. Hillary and Kaine obviously aren’t Nazis. Well, Tim isn’t. (By the way, Bernie Sanders is an atheist and a Jew.)

Look at these numbers on Trump’s speech. And this is CNN! Amazing.

I didn’t even watch it. I had better things to do.

I will, however, be voting for Donald Trump because considering the alternative is a nightmare. Imagine President Hillary Rodham Clinton. No, thank you.

Sure, Trump is shallow and vain. He’s not a genius. He’s not even a policy wonk.

But I like that. That’s what we need. Fewer professional, careerist politicians and more citizen legislators.

And if we have buyer’s remorse then we can jettison him in four years, or even earlier if need be via impeachment.

Hey #NeverTrumpers, read this. ‘#NeverTrump must become #NeverHillary’

Yes, Republicans appear to be “in a circular firing squad . . . ” This primary season has been juvenile and debasing, sad and pathetic, shockingly low-brow, mostly thanks to Donald Trump. And yet . . .

“No matter who the Republican nominee is, they are going to face one of the most entrenched, dirty, embittered, corrupt, well-funded, and ruthless opponents in the fall: Hillary Clinton. A Republican loss in the general election would further derail the country for another four years and what’s worse, threaten its very character.”

Hillary should never be president. That much should be clear, even to Rina Shah Bharara.

“It’s time for the #NeverTrump movement to cease, and for Republicans to start focusing their firepower on Mrs. Clinton.”

There are plenty of reasons why, from gun rights to the Supreme Court.

“With the Supreme Court balance up for grabs, there’s little doubt she’ll pick a more liberal judge than Merrick Garland. Mr. Trump, at least, will be open to suggestion from conservative and federalist groups about whom his picks should be.”

I don’t like the way Donald Trump has conducted his campaign. But if he is the nominee, I think he will be much more presidential and much better than Hillary. Hillary will pander to the libs from day one.

“Mr. Trump isn’t the perfect candidate, but Mrs. Clinton is far worse. Anyone who says #NeverTrump should really think hard if Mrs. Clinton is truly who they want occupying 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.”

We cannot afford another President Clinton. We cannot allow it to happen.

Moron Republicans Abound

Fear is a big motivator in Republican circles these days. Fear of being labeled obstructionist is one of the primary .

Rather than stand on principle, and fight the continuing tilt into statism, too often Republican officeholders have been more concerned with how they are perceived and portrayed.

Included among these fools are Sen. Thom Tillis of Mississippi and the leader of the Colorado Senate, a fella named Bill Cadman.

Speaking of cads, there are way too many to list here. Most have been in Washington too long.

The latest round in the culture wars is the fight to fill Scalia’s seat on the Supreme Court. And the Establishment Republicans wonder why Trump is doing so well on the campaign trail.

If they refuse to stand and fight against the leftists, then more and more folks will abandon the GOP and embrace populists such as Donald Trump, even with his many flaws and inadequacies.

It’s such a sad state of affairs that Trump is apparently the best candidate in the Republican field.

Republicans must remember the lessons learned and taught by Bill Buckley:

“A conservative is someone who stands athwart history, yelling Stop, at a time when no one is inclined to do so, or to have much patience with those who so urge it.”

Trump Mania — North of the Border

Many in the Canadian media appear to be obsessed with The Donald and his success on the campaign trail. He keeps being mentioned, on the CBC and in the press.

On at least one CBC show, As It Happens, which is re-broadcast in Seattle on KUOW, he is routinely mocked by the hosts. Very much like American journalists, who have an almost universal bias toward the left, they just don’t get it. The typical American is sick and tired of being dictated to by a political establishment that doesn’t care, doesn’t listen, doesn’t respond.

Trump ain’t my ideal candidate, but with the leadership we have and have had, why not give him a shot? If he makes it out of the primaries, I will vote for him. I’d prefer Marco Rubio or Ted Cruz. But we’ll have to wait and see what happens.
